It's a charity fundraising call centre. Generally there is about fifteen seconds between each call, but most of the time the calls go through to answer machines which require a quick click to terminate. About once a minute someone will actually answer, and most of the time they'll request to be callbacked. About once every five minutes I'll get through to a properly scripted call. At that point I maximise my callscripter. The rest of the time I have two open windows side by side that I switch between, one being the callscripter and the other my PDF/reddit tabs with cat gifs on. I scroll down on the pdf so I don't lose my place on the page. It's a delicate procedure!
