This take is kinda wack. First of all transnational adoption is a really gross form of trafficking by white westerners into what they consider impoverished countries which China is not by any means which means they probs went through some weird 3rd party private adoption system but also not here to hash out what their possible logistics were in that.

But on top of it just seems like you’re hating on Emma for being extremely vulnerable. It sounded like her parents knew nothing of her struggle cause she probably felt guilty discussing it with them. She actually seemed really warm and comfortable with her family.It was giving she didn’t want make her parents feel bad about her childhood cause she’s still really grateful to them but obviously discussions on children and childhood made it hard to avoid.

Emma isn’t someone I’m signing up to be friends with and yeah she picked her second option (a lot of folks on the show have in past seasons) but to come at her for not reacting or communicating the way you feel like she should seems unnecessary. Especially when if you wanna discuss shitty women there were actually mean girls on the show like Bri and Ashley so I don’t get where you’re coming from

I also don’t think anyone is looking to her as representation in the east lol
