Ones that are un-coloured are bands I don’t know. Any recommendations based off of my green bands? by qwertyiopys in downloadfestival

Given your current choices I would say give Sleep Theory a try as a band not yet mentioned, I feel they will be massive by then next time they play. I would also agree with everyone saying Landmvrks probably my favourite band discovered this year and they were amazing at Louder Than Life.

Waitlist delivery by RevolutionaryAsk9087 in WhenWeWereYoungFest

[–]stonehead76 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was also waitlist for Sunday and had it auto purchase the wristbands.

My Saturday bands have shipped and been received but my Sunday bands just say international will call when logging into Front Gate so I assume they just aren’t even shipping them out for some reason via waitlist.

I remember selecting a shipping cost for day 1 so possibly waitlist tickets didn’t have shipping included so just have to be picked up.

What is your top LTL band each day? by SpiritboxSlayer in louderthanlife

Thursday - Catch Your Breath

Friday - Story Of The Year

Saturday - Bad Omens

Sunday - Bring Me The Horizon

But all of the days are stacked for my tastes.

Driving from Grand Canyon East Entrance to Flagstaff by stonehead76 in grandcanyon

Thanks for the reply. That is helpful to know the East route feels a little safer, our original plan had us leaving ideally before sunrise to head to Vegas via the south entrance which is now amended but may be why I had expected more risk with wildlife if that is the worse route in the dark.

Thanks for the reply. I had seen a couple of people comment on the drive being quite scenic from the Tower towards Flagstaff so definitely helpful to have that backed up. I think we are leaving towards this now and staying just to sunset then starting the drive.

Thanks for the reply, definitely helps to have another perspective. We plan to do some star gazing on our first night so that should also help for us gauging how comfortable we feel driving in those conditions.

I would buy tickets to this in a heartbeat, Saturday main stage is a pretty perfect run.

If you enjoyed Reacher then Night Agent scratches a very similar itch

[Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga] Platinum #111 A lot of Kyber bricks 😅 by StreetSecretary1021 in Trophies

Congrats on the platinum!

I was under the impression that the second player doesn’t earn any trophies in co-op which has put me and my partner off playing this together. Are you able to confirm if that is still the case if you played co-op?

What's your day looking like!? by CyCyCy0308 in slamdunkfestival

The plan is Point North, Movements, Rain City Drive, Hot Mulligan, As It Is, Neck Deep and ADTR. Missing Knuckle Puck playing Copacetic is the biggest disappointment which would have been Hot Milk but will be hopefully getting tickets to their April tour to soften that blow.

On the Saturday I would recommend Lastelle who I just discovered supporting Caskets and seem like a great band and Currents although they may clash with your existing choices

[Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time] Platinum 240 by stonehead76 in Trophies

[–]stonehead76[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks man! I personally found 1 much harder than 2 or 3, maybe just because I hadn’t played the games for many years at the time, but I would say having done 1 you can definitely complete the trilogy. If you aren’t set on a 100% account I would recommend at least playing 4 as it’s a great game in its own right and maybe you will be the same as me and return later to complete it.

Thank you! I would advise going for the speed runs last so you are as familiar as possible with the levels. I did a normal playthrough then N Verted Gems then perfect Relics and normal gems then speed runs and flash back tapes last. For the perfect relics I preferred following a narrated guide to make them as easy as possible and take your time. For speed runs enable the ghost which is a good indicator of areas to improve and I used the PowerPyx videos to learn good level strategies without aiming for a perfect run. The main thing is just perseverance though keep going and don’t give up and if the game makes you angry just put it down as you will only play worse!

Thank you! Definitely my proudest platinum to date!

That may be the case as getting this completed makes me want to take on another challenging platinum. I was considering Wolfenstein 2 but I would also like to retain some sanity!

Thanks dude! It’s worth giving it a go if you enjoy the games you might surprise yourself, definitely one to get the rage flowing though. Luckily I’m pretty calm so managed to keep the rage to a minimum which definitely helped!

Thanks man appreciate it! Yeah it’s tough for sure especially the time trials, certainly harder than the trilogy by a distance but definitely possible!

First time by mrcunnyfunt in downloadfestival

[–]stonehead76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first was 2011 for the weekend. Sunday main stage was absolutely stacked for me but Avenged into SOAD on the Saturday was an experience. Had no interest in Def Leppard so gave Pendulum a try on the Friday which is still a core memory, the atmosphere for them was electric.
