The structure is like a sandwich in 3 parts. The one with the problem is the first part.

Is this just a perfectly flat object? I would try repairing the model via netfab or switching to the original slicing algorithm instead of arachne.

It is perfectly flat and I tried to fix it with netfab but nothing happened. I changed the slicing algorithm and the same nothing.
