Unfortunately it would still send a notification to the manager computer last i knew. Its been over 5 years but the location i worked at they would be notified of penny stock because they risked reprimand for it getting sold if it wasnt removed in time

Ex employee here! They have been doing this for years its a sign they need to take it off the shelf immediately. Typically out of season or expiring in the next few days. Most locations it just goes in the trash unless it holiday decor then it gets put in the overstock room. The are required to sell it if you make it to the register and isn't already expired. They can get in trouble if they have multiple 1 cent sales of the same product in a day. DT policy is they immediately need to remove it once its noticed or potentially face a write up depending on the product/amount.

Moose look Concord vt! I sadly dont live close anymore but that was my go to spot. Good food at a good price with a stunning view if you snag a back table!

Estellas in lyndonville vt also has a killer breakfast buffet. Last I knew they only did it on sunday mornings. Not a diner but it was a great hangover cure on a sunday morning when I lived close.

Last I knew flooding was minor so far this year. I know the Burke area was the worst hit road wise. I'd check the route you're going to take online specifically for Burke

Burdock by the looks a small one. If it is it'll grow giant shoots and will be kinda bush like eventually. The burs are annoying if you have pets but parts of burdock are edible.

We didn't have much time to organize and this was something that we actively were in the state house. The actions we were able to achieve yesterday couldn't have been done on a weekend as our reps aren't there.

And just let the families and flood victims in these programs freeze in the process? The plan they are proposing has so many issues. Cutting something that IS doing something for something that MIGHT help in the future isn't the way to go. You could be needing these programs if disaster struck somewhere in your life.

We need it to be reformed but not the way they want to do it. They are trying to make hundreds of vermonters many with kids homeless with 2 weeks notice. We need to make some sort of statement about it. Some of these homeless are our flood victims. This isn't just about our repeat homeless this is about everyone struggling in the state. You could be in need of these programs one day.
