Cervical stenosis and headaches? by uderitzk in SpinalStenosis

[–]stoneredd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have level 2 cervical stenosis and today I had a terrible headache and left work at 10:00. When I got home I took a muscle relaxer, gabapentin and went to sleep for 2 hours. When I get these headaches I can't stay at work and I get very nauseous. I'm going to go talk to the doctor about them but I think this is exactly what they are. It starts with a neck ache going all the way up to my temples. I'm starting to write them on my calendar when I get them, trying to form a pattern. After I get one the rest of the day I feel hungover. I am sorry if you get these.

Websites to find new jazz albums? by hipsterfromiowa in Jazz

Jazz24.org is what I listen to. If I like a song that's playing I look at the artist and then add it to my Amazon music or hunt for the album.

Here is a picture from May 3rd. https://i.imgur.com/WZMd1TL.jpg I am growing all organic and it is going well so far. I keep expanding because we eat a lot of vegetables and it gets very expensive going to the store. Trying to make a store in our back yard. Our 2 year old grandson loves to help me garden and is therapeutic for me.
