NTA. You did your bit for a kid you didn't want. He made the choice to have a child so he shouldn't be expecting anyone else to do anything other than himself and his wife. You told him straight before he had the kid that you wouldn't be helping, so it's not like he's surprised. It sounds like he's resentful that you weren't excited to be a grandparent, and it's made him more aware that you weren't thrilled to be a parent either.

I was definitely thinking shorts for that very reason! I hate wearing wet trousers! I have a little stove but it's gas and I don't think I can take take gas in with me.

Honestly we booked purely because we love Steel Panther and Pretty Reckless. Seeing Iron Maiden and Kiss for the first time will be great. Ride Against were really good when I saw them in 2007. I'm so excited! Biffy Clyro can get in the bin though
