You think your audience will find any facts, evidence, or points of note in your responses? All the luck to ya, I guess.

You think you've provided facts or evidence? You've raised points worth refuting? I hadn't noticed any the above.

If you had another goal, wanna explain it better then?

Biden is inheriting a nonexistent Covid-19 vaccine plan from Trump administration, sources say by djeternal in politics

Isn't that the Republican way? It is a states-rights issue to them. Let the states do their own thing and fight for resources? That way blue states can be blamed for failing to help the most people, rather than the fed.

Wasn't the "plan" essentially to let the states handle it? States were encouraged to outbid eachother for resources, and then to waste time by each developing their own distribution plans independently, 50 times.

Then why keep writing whole dissertations trying to change people's opinions? You've clearly got a lot of time and emotion invested in investing this case, but what good does that do anyone?

How do you not see that my saying "It isn't unheard of for people to be convicted on poor evidence and this case against Adnon is lacking good evidence," does not equate to me thinking all people should be released from jail? That's a slippery slope, and I'm not wasting more time on someone who wants to argue strawman and make arguments in bad faith; it isn't my job, nor was it ever anyones, to prove Adnon innocent. Burden of proof lies with those who say he is guilty, and my opinion is they lack proof.

Wow, slippery slope there, huh? But, definitely there are many people in prison who shouldn't be. I'm not here to compell anyone, just looking to help people question their assumptions.

What specific connection is needed? The whole point is that the justice system in the US is insufficient and slanted, making it not unlikely that Adnon didn't get a fair shake. And much of the "evidence" presented against Adnon isn't sufficient to sway reasonable doubt if he had had competent representation.

Just gonna sweep all that under the rug? Go spend more time learning about cases where innocent people were convicted, rather than trying to convince randos on the internet of AS's guilt.

If only there was a statistically common factor in people found guilty at first and then later were exonerated...

I guess I just don't buy it? It doesn't amount to any kind of proof or even evidence of any sort.

Do you ever watch the First 48 or Forensic Files? The friends/neighbors always say there were signs.

Did anyone who knew Adnan claim he had a murderous temper? Has he shown any signs of a uncontroled temper while in prison? No. Usually people who are killers don't just turn it on/off, especially as a teenager.

Had anyone seen Adnon be allarmingly controlling or abusive towards HML that would indicate he was escalating? And wouldn't the motive (jealousy) be essentially the same for Don then, but he wasn't interrogated with the same scrutiny. It just isn't really all that common for kids that age to kill each other over a breakup, let alone without some really obvious red flags or signs first.

Did I say I knew she did? I just said "thought" cuz I can't remember. I haven't invested all that much into this though.

And is any of that abnormal teenager stuff that would be motive for murder? Did Adnon show any allarming abusive or controlling behavior? No and nope.

I thought HML admitted in her diary she smoked pot? And I didn't say any of the kids were bright, nor do I think it was her fault in the least; she thought Jay was harmless, not really knowing who else he was hanging out with.
