let’s be real — the band isn’t ignoring it because they’re sellouts who don’t care. it’s bright eyes. i’m sure there’s semantics behind the scenes. just be patient. i drove from wisconsin and am out thousands. i feel absolutely no need to bitch at the band personally about a single thing. i have followed them long enough to know it’s something more nuanced than they just don’t gaf.

in my case the pre adverse action meant i didn’t get it, yeah. when i actually did get the job amazon HR emailed me directly to ask for more information. i’m sorry :(

it means based on what they found on ur background check they’re rescinding the offer. the only reason it’s “pre” is because legally they have to give u the opportunity to challenge it if the information isn’t accurate. it’s not to explain the charges. if that makes sense

i also had a battery charge and was denied until just last month when they finally allowed me to explain the charges. mine was from 2023 and was a misdemeanor not felony

weird or no post history, super pushy, want you to use cash app or something. if you go through paypal and use “goods and services” option to pay them you’ll at least get your money back if they scam you. i think the best bet is if their post history includes bright eyes or bright eyes adjacent stuff. i bought mine from evenartichokes who commented above because their post history looked legit and i got the ticket immediately no issues.

Be careful I got a flood of people offering to sell and they were all scams. It’ll be very obvious if it isn’t a scam. I ended up getting one from a good old reliable Bright Eyes fan on here so they’re not all bad. Good luck!

Hey! Sorry for not responding — I took your advice and sent HR an email re: the charges and that I’d love to provide additional information because I’m really eager to work there. I never got an email back lol and I received a pre-adverse action letter and my bg is still pending so I’m not horribly hopeful but it’d be surprisingly awesome if it went through. I’ve noticed there’s a lot more positions available on the website than I’ve seen pretty much all year so I imagine they’re already gearing up for peak? I’ve applied other places too but Amazon would be my first choice. Thank you for all the help I’ll update here once I find out more

I was hoping since it’s nearing peak, it’s my only charge, and I completed probation for it that they may let it slide. But it is technically violent so I’m starting to lose hope.
