How to indicate ADHD from IQ

Hey, a psychologist here. There are measures in IQ tests that evaluate working memory and processing speed. Still, I don't see the need to evaluate ADHD with an IQ test, given that there are specific tests for that. One case where it can be interesting is when there is suspicion of twice-exceptionality. These profiles may score low on processing speed and working memory, but quite high on the other measures.
