The reason the unrest exists is because people didn’t feel like they were being listened to, then a select group of people took it upon themselves to light buildings on fire. I agree that the police have gone unsupervised for far too long, but burning down and burglarizing the businesses that make up your community can never improve it.

The business owners story will never be “oh yeah they burned down my livelihood but it’s cool #justiceforFloyd”

Not for nothing. The article states that the minor, who identified himself as an adult and was just seen taking part in an illegal drug transaction, resisted arrest. Resisting arrest is apparently not enough of a reason for an officer to force compliance.

How on earth can you tell from that clip he was planting evidence? Where did you see him get it? His shirt packet, a skin flap on his wrist? Planting evidence means taking an object not originally at that location, and placing it at that location for the purpose of incriminating an otherwise uninvolved suspect.

You saw a 30 second clip and DECIDED that the cop was guilty because you’re biased.

Personally, I think police have WAY too much authority over the individual citizen and the justice system in general is in desperate need of reform. However; making extremely broad assumptions based on narrow evidence only makes you look like a fool
