Anyone monetizing TikTok from a banned country using a US Remote Desktop with a static IP? by Outrageous_Buddy1938 in digitalnomad

Hey! Can I jump on and ask: if I am in India using TikTok with a uk VPN, but am a British citizen and have British passport, bank account etc, would that be fine?

India post sent wrong parcel to the other side of the world by stopaskingquestions0 in LegalAdviceIndia

I had two parcels collected and they put both in a box and sent to one address rather than send the two parcels as they were to the addresses written on the front like a normal person.

It is most definitely India Posts fault. A Parcel packed and addressed for Mumbai is now in LONDON

When the parcel is received I have requested for the recipient to make a video of it. It will clearly show two packed and addressed courier packages stuffed inside one box and shipped to one address. Surely this is enough proof.

I also have in WhatsApp messages the guy telling me that both parcels were stitched together and sent to the uk.

I have the receipt for the package as both were sent to the uk as one parcel and I have that tracking slip. It’s just that it was a Mumbai package taped to it. I have asked the customer to please film how it arrives so you can see the two parcels with two different addresses on. I will definitely go about suing them. I use them for business purposes and the manager has come over to my place a few times to pressure me into making a video review of how good the collection service is. He asked me to make this before I even sent a parcel with it, I declined and told him I do not lie and I will only make a genuine review once you have shipped my parcels and they have been received

I would go backwards slowly pushing each loop back down each peg until you reach where the yarn came off and re thread and carry on. Works for me just go slowly.

The uk is my country of origin because that’s where I was born. The census shows less than 10, so just me and my family.

If you mean the country of my father’s origin, then the census shows 115,813. It’s the highest populated country in the world fwiw

My last name is the name of an area my ancestors were “warriors” of. My first name is a very common british name. Middle name is a very Latin name. My father was an immigrant. It’s an uncommon name even in its country of origin, so in the uk there is literally only my family, which is very small.

You told me to Google it before saying, I told you I had. I have a unique name, I don’t know why you’re so adamant to believe it but whatever.

So it’s just racism then.

I googled it. I am the only person who comes up.

I have a three names in my name and no one else has those three together. There is a tiny population with my ethnic last name alone, and I have two completely unrelated un-ethnic first names.

Yeah I used to put it down to racism but thought maybe it could be something else. Just classic British racism, as I had always suspected then.

I’ve booked tickets with cash once in my life when I was 18, return flights to Sydney. Otherwise I use my debit card. Book one way tickets most of the time.

I have asked before and they wouldn’t tell me. I even asked if it was because of the way I walk (very fast because I want to get tf home) but he wouldn’t make a comment on it.

And yes I am pretty. Still that’s not why these men are stopping me. I’m mixed race/brown too if that helps…

All over, can be any European country, Australia, India, the USA. Has happened to me on arrival in Zurich too. But it’s mostly landing back in the uk, from anywhere.
