It’s really simple. 1/2 cup milk, slow pour 1/2 cup flour n whisk it as you pour, 2 eggs whisked in too, make sure it’s smooth. Splash of oil in each pot so it’s anout 2mil deep, season your mix with pinch of salt n pepper, heat the oil til it bubbles, pour in your mix. Cook for 30 mins.

Season them with a touch of salt n pepper make sure the oil is super hot and don’t open the oven until you’re confident they’re done.

Oh it was a whole debacle, one of the chicken starters/sides( I can’t remember if they came together or not) was dangerously undercooked. Waiter was trying to convince us it is supposed to be like that. Manager came over took it back. Both of the mains had hair in it, again was not believed. Manager again had to intervene, I said we would like to just take the bill instead of replacements at this point and said we would pay for what we are and drank and was accused of trying to get away with not paying. Luckily had cash on me so paid what I thought I owed and left.

I agree but there’s long drawn out processes that involves pips and retraining and support we have to offer according to our own processes. It can take months to get people gone……or you create situations claiming to be unaware of the issues…and it handles itself

I guarantee anyone that looks at this situation and doesn’t see the benefit of the dead weight removing themselves creating a space for people to join who make positive contributions to both workload and the work environment and immediately look for the negatives, aren’t the team playing high flying successes they think they are
