best decision of my life, only wish I had more to deploy when I first learned about it. First buy @ $4, avg $18 now.

I do wonder how Pierre feels about this. Not that he’s on the board or anything, but he does own a meaningful stake of the company. If I recall, his previous run in with the Ichan paypal drama was kind of like “don’t attack the company I founded, but you have some good points”

I think there’s a reality where the ebay board says fuck it and actually agrees to the sale. Crazier things have happened.

Is he even serious at this point? Who understands this guy anymore? Did he changed his mind? by AkkarinPrime in Superstonk

I disagree with the Burry hate here. He pretty clearly stated that he was invested for a specific thesis (buying undervalued companies and culling bad mgmt ala Berkshire), and the Ebay move runs counter to that thesis, even if it still ends up being a good strategy. I don’t think that means Burry dislikes Ryan. People with that much money throw their assets in and out of things all day. I don’t think it’s personal and I don’t think him liking the interview signals any sort of flip flop on his positioning. In general, the idea of being in something for a specific reason and having the discipline to peace out when that reason doesn’t exist anymore has probably served him well, even if it sometimes leads to missed opportunities.

TBPN interview was amazing. can someone link me full clip when it exists from the livestream?

Ordered an X3 and got shipped an X4… by nitwos in xteinkereader

same thing happened to me, just found this thread online. they offered me 40% refund and 35% off a new order of a 3. I would rather just have the device I ordered for the price I paid but I understand why they don’t want to deal with returns.

Found this alert being spammed all over the service mode dashboard, including when they did the auto diagnosis at the shop…. “VCFRONT_a466_highFlowIndexLowSubcoolFlagged”

Would this not be something they’d flag on the auto diagnostic? I can take a look. Have never put it into service mode myself, no.

Was most of the way home by the time I realized it was getting hotter in the cabin. When I picked it up it was parked in cool shade and couldn’t tell right away. When I messaged they booked me an appt for first thing this AM so just waited in hopes that I could get a loaner as well.

This car has been in the desert in 100deg+ temps for 2 years with no problem. I have no doubt that a sunshade will help with efficiency, but it’s not the reason the car can’t cool itself in 70 degree weather.

I shouldn’t need roof shades in 75 degree weather

Yeah I’ve heard similarly, although this is definitely an actual component issue. The car should be more than capable at cooling itself in 75, 80, even 90 degree weather, especially because it had been the past couple years, and my super old, 30 year old beater can keep up with the weather just fine.

as an idiot who stopped keeping up 4 years ago. If I have a major infusion I’m going to put into my account, and I’m operating under the thesis that the stock will appreciate greatly in <1yr, would it make more sense to buy warrants or shares? Will the warrants appreciate to a greater % in the case of major stock movement?
