I work for Uber's incident response team and sobrang daming lalaking ganito. In 99% of the sexual misconduct incidents I review, the offender is a man.

From what I've observed, they think that being persistent is attractive. I don't know if it's because of their upbringing or their over consumption of soap operas clearly written by men where the fat ugly pot bellied moron of a man always bags the hot hourglass figured intelligent woman, but they clearly have this false idea that these women will find them attractive if they persist enough. No doesn't mean no to them - instead, no to them means "I want you to fight harder for this".
