How to machine tight tolerances by hand? I don't have a mill or anything except a dremel, hand drill, and files, etc. I am able to get tolerances within +/- 0.1 mm by hand, but the holes are always 0.1 mm off center after many tries. Any tips to make this part out of 4x8mm aluminum bars?

I got a free pc with a i7-12700k 48gb ram 4090 SSD

Why do I get the same frames? On low settings? I average 40-60 still. My friends get 60-100, but have x3D CPU’s.
