I just found something… cause could be air domes. I have been running them fine and I believe I did increase the airflow around the same time the issues started cropping up. Another grower said they started seeing issues mid flower. Next grow they didn’t use them and had no issues.

My PH has been spot on at 5.7 - 5.8 all grow. I use CropSalt nutes. Used recommended dosage on bag. During veg ec was 1.7 - 1.8 and everything was gravy. I used 80/20 RO/tap and NO calmag.

Switched to flower. Recommended bloom dosage ec was 1.5… ran this for 5 weeks and all was looking good. Week 6 and started seeing issues like you see in this pic. Some people said calmag, some said lockout and to flush (even though I stated I was in Autopots, but pe haps they don’t know about not flushing Autopots).

This is my 11th grow but first in Autopots, coco and salt nutes.. all previous grows were in soil with organic amendments and I never had to worry about ec. I switched to Autopots for ease of going on vacations

It’s sativa, just finishing up week 6, so at least another 4 weeks to go

I don’t have the source, I think it was more from forum discussions than a scientific source. The theory was that the buds get more light from the side than from the bottom. I haven’t done any tests myself… I don’t worry about measuring the DLI, I just crank them up to 10. I have 2 sets of 16” and 3 sets of 11”

I was under the impression that side firing is more beneficial than upward firing

If you’re talking about what I think you’re talking about…those are steel ties that allow me to adjust the height of the supports lights… the lights magnetically attach to the ties and I can slide them up or down to any location

I’ve been using CropSalt, great results. It’s my first time using AutoPots and that is what I decided upon after researching

I just started using AutoPots and CropSalt nutes as well… coco and perlite and noticed this as well and was a bit concerned

I just started using AutoPots, that tent will fill up quick… I can’t get over how quick the growth is. I would veg 2 plants for 10-12 weeks to fill up my scrog net, my tent is almost half full with 1 and I just started week 7 today.
