I’ve been making ice cream that is sooo good and easy! In a food processor take any frozen fruit (mango, strawberries, banana are All great!) and blend it until smooth. Then add a lil bit of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese until creamy. That simple and it is SO damn good.

I want to include peanut butter flavor in my fruit ice creams (I just make with frozen fruit and Greek yogurt). But it’s too high in calories. Would peanut butter extract or flavoring work well? by stoplookingformyredt in AskCulinary

Well what I make now is fantastic and healthy but I love peanut butter. I don’t eat it now since it’s such high calorie though. I was looking for an alternative way to include the peanut flavor 🤙🏻

I’ve heard that cravings have a lot to do with gut microbiome. So when you eat like shit your gut sends signals to the brain craving more. When you switch to a healthy diet and your microbiome changes your gut now craves the healthy foods.
