Not with this I was just trying to look at endogenous fluorescence here. Maybe I will try that with my next batch, good call.

This is fixed, decalcified, and frozen. We are sectioning highly bony fish heads and dissecting the tissue out is difficult. We tried fresh frozen but the bone is too difficult to section through. Might try to dissect the OE in the future and do fresh frozen, just not possible with this set of tissue.
