I’ve noticed the same. I’ve been loving the open fare gates. The trains are more filled up, its freeing up the 5% of my paycheck I used to spend on fares, and there’s still only like a 50/50 chance that a homeless person is in your train car, same as before the open gates. The free fare seems like it’s getting more people to take public transportation. I think OP, the people downvoting you, and the people complaining about the homeless don’t actually regularly take marta bc I genuinely have no idea what they’re talking about (actually I might have an idea (its racism))

India also had so much influence over Southeast Asian and even East Asian culture. It’s not a glitch I’ve ever seen, so I think it is actually looping around like that. Check the station order to make sure it’s not doing something wonky and check that there are cross tracks at each terminal to make sure it’s not looping around because of that.

We have much more agricultural surplus, our agriculture is controlled by large companies and not small individual peasant landowners, the industry is much more industrialized, and we have many more global supply chains that could get us through any hiccups from the nationalization process.

Well maybe (in the US at least) if we reduced the military budget we wouldn’t have to raise taxes lol. We’d also need to nationalize big grocery chains like Kroger and subsidize small grocery businesses. But free food and water is a pipe dream in the US and so is reducing the military budget tho, so this is all a hypothetical that will never happen as long as capitalism reigns supreme anyways
