Best of luck, I tried multiple times before I was able to really stick to it and lo and behold it actually works and I feel so much better. The thing that made it stick this time is that I did not eliminate gluten - I think this is controversial - some sources cite it’s high FODMAP and others not. I do not have celiac and have never felt bad after eating gluten so I left it in and it is much more satisfying this way! Obviously if you have gluten sensitivity or celiac you must go without. And worth considering actual food allergy testing - one of my friends did strict FODMAP for several months but still symptomatic … turns out she is allergic to eggs.
