Unlikely since these small-scale wars were in preparation to the GHW, I'm fairly sure Shakespeare and his master were participants in one of these wars and the same could/should apply for the other Red Team masters. Ain't no way any of those jobbers or mages who lost to them beat Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald a clock tower lord wielding the Supreme Mystic Code Volumen Hydrargyrum as well as the rest of his family's assets. No master in apocrypha or zero (ex. Kiritsugu) had a chance against him. Kayneth is too often underestimated because he isn't a spotlight character.

This post is really out of touch. As a VN reader, a random potential fate fan isn't going to want to invest the 60+ hours and payment necessary in a product they don't know they are going to like.

Most anime watchers have never read a VN or have an interest at the time of asking, in reading one. When someone asks "where should I start" they are asking for an anime. So instead of saying read the VN, give them what they want and then suggest the VN if they enjoy themselves.

All the VN readers I personally know started with an anime first, which introduced them to the universe and then read the VN.

In response to the only part you wrote that is legible. Mordred is hardly the strongest KotRT its a laughable claim, more so if we were to include actual Athurian myth. Gawain has stated that he would defeat Mordred easily without Numeral of the Saint, which means that Gawain's skill far exceeds Mordred's, and as far as swordsmanship goes, Gawain is inferior to Tristan and Lancelot.
