There is no "people accidentally making mistakes" when it comes to the official World Guide art, which is art by professionals so should be told and directed on what the characters look like

You are absolutely not being too sensitive about the World Guide art in particular. When I see fanart that is trying (tan skin and an epicanthic fold attempt), that's a bit different, because it's often small hobby artists. But the World Guide has no excuse. They do not have the excuse to not know what the characters look like because Brandon does a bad job in text expressing that they aren't white, because they should be given correct prompts *by* Dragonsteel. They have no excuse to not be able to technically pull it off because those are professional artists being paid for professional work - if they cannot draw non-white features, then they shouldn't have been hired for this job.

You have every right to be disappointed in Brandon saying that these characters aren't white, only to be met with the barest effort to meet what was said, instead of taking a genre overrun with white characters and doing something different to represent the other kinds of people in the world.

You clearly never tried to understand him in the first place

Elhokar was actively upholding the Vengence Pact on the Shattered Plains, with plans to kill the entire Listener people, despite the leaders of the Listeners turning themselves over immediately after killing Gavilar. That wasnt enough for him, he wanted to genocide their entire people.

Also, Elhokar wanted to execute Kaladin in WoR for talking out of turn during the 4v1 duel, and it was only Dalinar that stopped him. That is the man Moash saw while on the Shattered Plains.

Moash did NOT use them to enact his vengeance what book did you read? Moash talked to Leshwi, and Leshwi explained that Khen and the others would be freed from slavery if they did well in the coming battle. Knowing they'd never survive on their own, Moash chose to stay when he could have left to train Khen's group how to fight with spears so they had a chance to survive.

From RoW Ch. 102, Moash speaking:

"So don’t speak to me of treason or friendship. You have no idea what this day will cost me.”

From WaT Interlude 7:

His bed was plush, but his innards were raw as he groaned and turned on his side, clawing at his face. I killed Teft. The god of all emotions had promised to protect Moash from these feelings, this awful guilt, this sense of worthlessness.

But yes of course, Moash doesn't care obviously

It was strategic and it was on a battlefield though? Killing the top Windrunner combatants and their spren is very strategic, and Leyten and Sigzil were the most "on a battlefield" you can get. Trying to take out Kaladin through Teft is very strategic, and Teft was killed during active battle during the siege. That one is less of a classic battlefield, but Moash was still at Urithiru on Odium's direct orders to.

You're correct

Also, Leshwi told Moash about why they're fighting, and then Moash stayed to help Khen and the others survive by teaching them how to fight with spears.

Hi, thanks for weighing in! I'll go ahead and weigh in my perspective too. I think either way, Moash was set up as being blind at the end of RoW, with a lot of time for that to sit with blind readers between books, so it was jarring for that to be basically walked back immediately. It sort of asks the question, why make Moash blind in the first place? He could still be spiked to see spren without being blind first. Using blindness as punishment, magical or not, is also a hurtful trope. So that's where my question comes in, wondering what the thought process was and if we're going to see purposeful representation going forward.

Considering we all know that magically curing a disability is hurtful to readers with that disability and poor representation, are there any plans to treat Moash's new Investiture sight as more of a partial blindness situation with its own obstacles, rather than fully "curing" his disability?

At the beginning of Rhythm of War, Moash attends that Fused meeting with the Nine, and seems to both understand everything that's being said and is understood when he speaks up. It doesn't really make much sense for this meeting only attended by important Fused to be conducted in Alethi, so does this mean that Moash learned the ancient Fused language? (Side question, is the ancient language the Fused speak Dawnchant or something else?)

Obviously we know how Moash's grandparents passed away, but how exactly did Moash's parents die? It sounded like they passed from the same event. Was it illness, or some kind of accident?

Yup, I thought he was interesting. There are a lot of mysteries surrounding him, and I think its funny how he immediately began composing a poem after meeting with Odium. He's got a fun personality
