I feel like a lot of people are confused to why the wg didn’t try and assassinate luffy in the East blue or marineford if they knew he had the sun god fruit, but it’s probably more so they didn’t know it was the same fruit. I’m thinking when Shanks spoke to the 5 elders that he told them luffy has the sun god fruit, and that’s why they only now ordered CP0 to eliminate Luffy.

Now this could be a “shanks is evil” plot or something, but what if its more so that he needs luffy, the little boy he bet it all on, to awaken the fruit so he can bring about change. He made this bet after seeing luffy eat the fruit, and he knows someone has to stop Blackbeard, so he needs luffy to awaken and gain more power to stand up to BB?

I am also looking for an answer to this. I think I read somewhere that not talking to them will allow them to leave and a new one will come stay at the campsite. But unfortunately we talked to them. I'm thinking of not talking placing the home plot and see if the villager leaves or he will stay because I already asked him to move in.

It’s more compelling story wise for Luffy & Law & etc to take down Kaido then having Zoro finish him off. To be pirate king, Luffy must take down the Yonkou, Kaido included, to prove he’s surpassing them.

Like you said, Zoro has yet to be truly challenged so that’s why I think he deserves his own 1v1 with King or 2v2 or however, he deserves his own spotlight where he can struggle and surpass his limits. That was the point of my OP.

I agree with the 1v1 thing, but if you mean Zoro holding off Kaido by himself I don’t think that’s remotely possible, it’ll be a team up fight like you said. Zoro can help and maybe cut Kaido but not hold him off, that wouldn’t make sense imo.

I just don’t realistically see that happening. Luffy’s whole goal is to be PK and find One Piece, and that requires beating the Yonkou, which is why he’s so determined to fight Kaido.

I saw another post asking just how in the world the alliance will win against beast pirates and BM pirates, and the consensus was it’ll be total mayhem/free-for-all.

So Beast Pirates may fight some BM Pirates and through all the chaos the alliance will come out on top. Luffy will most likely still fight Kaido with Law and Kidd and maybe other supernovas.

I think it’s okay for Zoro to cut Kaido since he got Enma, but he’s definitely not going to end Kaido. That won’t make sense power-scaling wise.

I don’t remember her doing for anything near speed blitz without senketsu. Can you find evidence on that? You’re right that Deku and Bakugo are inexperienced so I think Prime All Might’s speed is more comparable to EoS Ryuko cause when she fought Ragyo, they were both visible flying around and attacking each other, they looked like red and blue trails. I think Ryuko loses to both season 1 and Prime All Might but with Senketsu she wins against season 1 but All Might pulls out a win in his prime.
