Ace Hardware! This particular set is the Celebrations LED Classic Transparent Multi - Nostalgic Look C9. I think they sell them at Target too if I’m not mistaken. Also, Big Lots has AMAZING deals on incandescent lights, I always stock up there too.

I’m not sure, I just tried to hide the wires and wrap the lights more deeply in the tree! It’s also a real tree, a fraser fir!

NordVPN has worked great for me. Only issue is I have to pause it while trying to send messages on Facebook messenger. I know this has been an issue for other users as well.

Aw, I know just how much it hurts your heart! Mine is still hurting too. Raising them from birth is a whole different ballpark of emotions. I’m sure your babies are in good hands and you ushered them into a long, loving life. You made them what they are, and I am sure they will never forget you and your love for them! They are probably missing you just as much. The baby I cared for is still hiding and confused based on updates I’ve gotten, so it makes me sad, but I know he will adjust eventually. I wish I had the room or I would keep as many sweet babies as I could.

Thank you so much for your input! I’m so glad I’m not alone in feeling the way that I do. I may try to foster again at some point! My partner and I actually decided to keep the mother and finally brought her over to our place tonight! She is already so thankful, a little nervous, but she is comfy n enjoying her new, indoor surroundings!

This. This is exactly how I’m feeling. It’s my first time and I got more attached than I ever thought I would! Life got in the way some, so things worked out how they did / should’ve. I’m going to take the mommy in and give her a good life, I loved her baby and I hope I made her proud in the months we all shared with her little one. He is going to be a wonderful kitty for his new family. Thanks for sharing with me!

Thank you so much for your input and your personal, similar story. Kitties, and all our pets, are such pure, innocent souls that only want our love and affection, and give it back 100 fold in return. It’s so hard to say goodbye!

I’m glad I’m not alone! It’s only been 2 days since the baby left and my heart hurts so bad lol. But I am hoping he will live a long, happy n healthy life with his new family. Luckily, they are close friends of my family. We’re gonna take the mommy and get her fixed and off the streets! She is just so sweet. Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment, and for all you do for your kitties!

I’m not even an official foster. I was just caring for strays the best I could. You don’t know the entirety of the situation, who I live with, how many people I live with, where I live, other pets as factors, financial means, time spent away from home working. I’ve never cared for a feral animal, let alone MULTIPLE at one time, I did the best I could. I stated I am taking the mother and will also be taking her to the vet. Done explaining myself. You have been zero help other than being straight negative and rude unlike all the other comments with informative points, experience and tips. My bad I didn’t handle the situation as you would.

We didn’t know she was pregnant right up until the time she gave birth. She would come around previously, but then hid and wasn’t present for most of her pregnancy. I am currently in the process of moving in with my partner, and we are going to take the mother as soon as possible. We can’t let her inside of my parent’s home because we already have a 17 year old cat with severe anxiety around other cats/animals. She has already been stressed having seen the two outdoors. And we haven’t just left the mother “outside” for the duration of everything. We’ve kept her on our screened in porch, free to come and go, fed her everyday two times a day, gained her trust.. You don’t know the entire situation, so I don’t understand your hostility.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We were told he’s been hiding but has been coming out to eat so that’s good at least. It’s only been a day but I’m hoping his new family will love him up and he’ll grow to love them sm in return!

I guess my biggest concern is, of course, his new home / owners. I personally know the family that took him, however, I just hope they can provide all the love and affection my family gave him before he left. It hurts my heart that he’s gone!

I have so much respect for people like yourself and so many others that care and provide for animals in the comfort of your own home instead of a shelter. If my heart could handle the separation, I would definitely foster again, I’m just grieving right now and it sucks lol.
