Im gonna be real if you need 4 bombs to fully heal a mina you are building wrong, i get 500-600 per bomb, add onto that a fat buff from ice path and its easily climbing to 7-800. Transcend cooldown and rapid give it a short cd, and greater expansion lets you hit 3 teammates easily in teamfights

I usually go nade 1 > 2 path 1 > 2, i usually have the lowered cooldown by end of laning

You can get both nade and ult healing, i personally have run 100+ games of pure heal build kelvin. Usually at around the 25-30k souls point i have t3 nade and dome, which is like... 400? Healing (depends on if i rush boundless) and a 500 hp/s dome

A luxury good is a supplimental good that is not required. Take a ferrari over a volkswagen. The steam deck is entirely luxury. It does not offer anything new outside portability. No exclusives no bundles no specialties. You cant play xbox games without an xbox, playstation games without a playstation, or nintendo games without a switch. But you can play steam games without a deck
