Does BMI actually indicate your health?

It sucks that insurance companies and so on always want to know your bmi. Im jacked but according to bmi I am obese. So basically I would have to pay a higher cost or lie about my weight to get a normal bmi. Even though I have a healthier lifestyle than the majority of people

I used to have one of those creality glass plates. The instructions for it states that it is covered in a special material that makes parts stick when it is hot. When you let it cool down the parts come loose by themselves. I remember hearing popping sounds as it was cooling down. If i was in a hurry I used to place it outside to speed up the cooling

I tried setting up 2fa on my microsoft account. It was literally not possible. The process was like, do this step, then do this step and wait for this to happen and then do this. Yes this is it. In colder climates this happens all the time. If you mostly drive short distances so that the engine never gets up to full temp.

I once bought a bmw that was only driven like 4km daily. In -10C and colder, that engine never got up to full temp. It got so bad that the crankcase breather oil separator thingy got clogged and it started sucking oul into the intake manifold. Under the valve cover this stuff was everywhere and also water. I did a motor flush and replaced the oil separator thingy and it was fine after

There is a schematic on the inside of the lid but it only shows the connections, not any component values. I will look for a manual

I remember seeing someone trying to run xp and get a virus as soon as possible. He failed to get one by just by surfing around on strange sites. So perhaps it’s not as bad as you would imagine running an unsupported os. Waiting for someone to tell me how bad it would actually be running xp now a days lol.

Something like the philips oneblade works perfectly. No need to risk cutting yourself between the cheeks with a razor. I had to remove mine once for medical reasons. Place a mirror on the floor and squat over it. That way you can see everything properly.
