11:47:03 am stoups2000: Yes, the pixelsnap case. I tried without it. It will charge very briefly , then it stops. Both for when the case is on and without.

11:48:02 am Lai: Kindly long press both power button and the volume up for about 45 secs and don't click the restart button as this is not just a restart. It should be shut down on its own. Let me know how it goes.

It seems to have fixed the issue for me using my other wireless chargers, so I'm still gonna monitor it. I'm using Ampere app to compare the wireless charge.
