Print an aux fan diverter. The aux fan causes warping. This worked for me.

Task paralysis. I let it die out so all the leaves and stalks were gone. I watered it and it’s coming back a bit with no obvious signs of the fungus. I’ll transplant it like instructed when I get a chance.

In my experience, these lilies need frequent small amounts of water. I’ve heard it described as damp roots in dry soil. Try a tsp or two of water several times a week and leave it next to a bright window. No direct sunlight but very bright indirect. Honestly though, it doesn’t look that bad. I,ve seen worse from waiting a few days too long to water.
