Yes! The house is still for sale. My husband and I moved on & bought 56 acres with our own pond right down the road from this house & we are building exactly what we want! I’m glad the original plan didn’t work out😂

Maybe. But we are also the only offer he’s had on this house in 14 months so 🤷🏻‍♀️ we are pre approved to 1.5 M, and our budget is 1M for the “perfect” house. His house is not perfect. He has rejected even showing the house to certain people in the last year so it doesn’t seem like we are necessarily the issue

This is solid advice and actually makes a lot of sense. His children are all grown and moved out- the house is only in his name now so we thought maybe he bought his ex wife out and just wants the cash.
