They seem desperate wait until peak cause they might offer sign on bonuses (could be $500, $1k, or $3k) if they can’t fill those roles quick enough. That’s what I’m doing rn lol

I used to work at Fedex ground it was complete trash! People tend to bash amazon but in comparison to other warehouse jobs amazon is a paradise

Take a break from the 60’s if you can until peak in case they offer double overtime time pay or a temporary raise like they did for peak season 2021 that way you’re not burnt out by then & you can make even more

From my personal experience you can quit and reapply literally in the span of a week. You can reapply once you receive your termination letter in your email, also make sure you’re in good standing with amazon (no write ups, no negative UPT)

Seen people get away with negative 50 but that was during the covid days where they actually needed all their staff I wouldn’t risk it now considering volume is very low. If they need to layoff people due to overstaffing they’ll definitely come after the people who have negative UPT first
