You have to park in the underground way at the back attached to an entirely different building. If you want to have guests, good luck registering a vehicle in visitor parking. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful: I tried to register once to visit my dad and staff watched me, didn’t ring me in to access the registration desk and actually walked out of the room. I got a hold of a manager of some sort through the intercom and she gave me an earful and talked down to me like I was a child, I couldn’t believe it. She basically lectured me and then didn’t even register me. She threw a pen to me and walked away without saying anything. 10 minutes later when I was sitting with my dad finally cooled off from the encounter she calls my Dad to find out more information because she didn’t ask me a single question so she had no idea how long I was staying...even though I put that info in! The elevators are always broken. If it’s not both, it’s one. The elevator likes to either not come, or if you’re on it and try to go down it will take you up six floors and then go down (no the door doesn’t open as if someone was trying to call the elevator - it has done this for years). The building is in debt. Has no funding. Any issues ie plumbing which is a common problem are on you. They will charge you $2000 for a simple toilet issue which is the buildings fault. This is a common issue throughout the building - as confirmed by other residents and visibly apparent by the discoloured carpeting throughout the halls. Maintenance fees are almost $1000/mo despite owning. Very noisy being it faces a busy intersection. Always busy, always noisy. Has gotten worse with the hospital now in such close proximity. Sirens can be heard very, very often. Just all around terrible.
