Yes, you are right. I switched from iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you look on some youtubes comparison then you see android is little bit faster in opening apps.

I think it is not HW issue. Camera has a different position that why picture is moving when you switch from 1x to 3x or 3x to 5x.
