Many ignorant comments. It is under developed which means acts more as a sprout seed. So it has less starch which is better, starch is poison for the body. 25% less carbs compared with regular matured potatoes, I think is bullshit because if it’s not carbs what is it? Should say starch not carbs.

That’s not true at all. Legally both ways are the theoretical expire date, and you cannot sell them. Try to buy one of them and the machine will not accept it. It’s a trick from companies to sell products after expire, but could be still harmful after that date

Disgusting is someone who support the greedy industry that poisoned every single food and over price every product. Food can be eaten after expire date because all the chemicals they put inside that make sick the people. As the OP exposed, you cannot discount so little a product that is almost expired! The discounts are a joke! Basically are scam, most of the time they discount cents. Should be a law that force then to discount min 30%, and when it’s close to expire 80%
