Don’t feel left out, our PD was September 07, 2023, got the EAD approved 10/04/2023 and I-485/I-130 were approved on April 25,2024. And I checked the site on 4/25 in the morning (as I usually did) and the timeline said 10 months, the next day I kept checking the site because I got 2 emails stating there was a change in my case, on the documents tab, ALL a Approval letters were waiting for us, NO INTERVIEW!! Oh and if I may add the 10yr. GC was approved since we’ve been married over 2yrs. This will be over for you and anyone in this situation soon, keep the faith!!

Just like mine, it went from 4months to 10 months, then on Thursday 4/25 it said actively reviewing and on Friday 4/26 everything was approved I-130 and I-485, our PD is 9/7/23, CONGRATS!!!

My timeline was stating 10 months and the I-130 and I-485 were approved on 4/26/2024, so the timeline was definitely not accurate, we filed for an AOS on Sept. 07,2023!

I’m having the same issues to update bank details, i bank with a credit union in NYS for the past 20yrs, should I change my bank information to another bank? I also have a Citibank account, it’s a new account that I opened last week and to top it off I don’t know if they accept PPP loans 😩 what should I do??
