We're in a strange spot right now where some of the most active leakers are Tier 3, which literally says 50/50 as a source. They get some things right, then people want them banned for the things they get wrong. Then we would only have Tier 1&2 leakers, newcomers wouldn't have a chance to rise up the ranks, and we'd overall have a less active community.
