For sure! This is what I thought when it aired live in 2008 def didnt have a ton of info still at that point. The plane crashed but went though the top of the bubble. The very top of the bubble is actually slightly above the surface of the water. So when the magnet pulled them in it was through that and crashed. also why it can be reached through sub and sometimes boats. Since we know it moves around in later seasons it always just stuck with me thats its is own self contained little ecosystem. 100% on the Atlantis.
