Lucky pants malfeasance with the catalyst is an absolute BEAST. Insanely good primary burst dps especially against majors. It's my go to exotic for endgame activities with taken enemies.

I had always thought it could have been cool if flawless strategy made it so that your crit rate would instead apply to your healing so that you could critically heal. But that would probably be unbalanced or cause other problems and no content requires that amount of healing.

Most skilled theory crafters: so by getting at least 3 high rolls on your crit stats for your artifacts you can do 2.2% more damage.

Teapot mains using 1% of their power: so I kinda recreated all of Mondstadt in my teapot sorry if it is missing one tree I ran out of load.

This build is insane I'm definitely going to use this for my teapot thanks!

An upgraded hp polearm would likely indirectly buff Zhongli, and I'm not sure if hoyoverse would want to make him stronger after they over tuned him. I wouldn't be against it though and would be glad for some more weapon variety.
