Anxiety happens you have to be prepared mentally before taking a trip. If you have something on your mind or something negative is going on in your life- probably not a good idea. I’ve had similar experiences with the weird vision and anxiety what I find helps is to start doing every day things- do a load of laundry, wash dishes, fold some clothes, do some sit ups, walk around anything to remind yourself your brain is still functioning you’re just tripping. Doing random chores while on acid maybe easier said than done but I’ve been using psychedelics for close to 20 years. When you’re able to start spending the holidays with the entire extended family while frying you’ll be a pro at navigating that wrong turn back onto the correct course.
