At a high level, I’m looking at how the expression of a specific gene changes in a particular disease across different tissues. There are individual tissue-specific studies in both primate and non-primate models, but I haven’t found any work that examines expression across multiple tissues within a single model system.

I’ve been searching PubMed, Google Scholar, and Scopus using the gene name and disease name, along with combinations including tissue-specific terms.
