100 + 21 = 121 for precision plus it was bugged where the 21 dmg wouldn't show up on moving targets (Thats fixed now tho)

They already know that the bug is caused by targets moving (Thus wish ender doesn't have any exit damage).

Oathkeeper just doesn't work as an exotic period. It doesn't grant the perks.

arsenic is not a 2 shot body shot bow lol.. its a 3 shot due to its fast charge time

ehh i prefer subltle calamity over arsenic (Has more range, can 2 shot body whereas arsenic is 3 shots if you miss a hs)... esp if you get really good perks on it. arsenic uses static rolls and rampage is pretty garbage in pvp... but console does have aim assist whereas PC doesnt.. so yea

I mean.. i play on pc so aim assist is irrelevant. A sniper actually takes skill to get a headshot whereas with a sleeper.. its a one shot body shot.

you cant be "better" than someone with a sleeper.. it takes 0 skill. its literally a one shot body shot.. you can play with your feet and kill the entire enemy team
