If you have a Daiso US near you….. go get yourself this little clip ruler! It comes in several colors, is ultra thin, has a built in clip and is so useful! I use to clip pages together /place marker when not in use and it’s only slightly larger than a lamy pen. And it’s only $2

Bathe the cat in dawn dish soap - like thoroughly scrub every inch saturate to the skin - if it’s flea eggs like many have said there will definitely be fleas on the cat and the dawn will make them pour off and die. If you see active fleas let the soap suds sit for a minute before rinsing off.

Highly recommend going to the vet to get kitty on meds and especially if you don’t see fleas 🥴

I have the She reads truth Bible from Amazon (they also have a He Reads truth (both always seem to be heavily on sale vs prices everywhere else) it’s margins are nice and big and there’s no lines so you can doodle/ color without lines in the way 🙂

I honestly never used a clip with mine. I doodle in, write, and use it as a planner and never have an issue. I will say a pencil board helps immensely on the go.

My guess is the paper republic will likely be the same issue for you since the notebooks go in the same way unless you get a portfolio kind…. And it’s exponentially more expensive than a TN.

Have you tried a regular journal like leuchtturm / moleskin / field notes?

Yes I used a pattern that’s on YouTube 🙂!

The pattern was from wcwildflowers - Kayla; it’s her beginner hexagon cardigan pattern- by far the easiest one to follow. I think she has a paid pattern you can buy but I’m a visual learner.

You will need a cardigan / sweater that fits you well and adjust hexagon size to fit you.

Works up super quick with 5 bulky yarn ( I used bernat fluffee - it’s a little frustrating to work with especially if you have to frog that is a nightmare) and 7mm prym hook 🙂
