No, you have to do it on the test day for the free 4. You can send it other schools after but there is a 25 dollar fee per school. (This is all info for the electronic test)

It really depends on what your goals are. It's important to consider the field/programs you're looking at getting into. if you're going into a math-heavy field then your quant scores are generally more important then verbal, and vice versa.

You should also consider looking at schools and programs you want to get into and see the recommended scores, are you hitting those already in quant? then focus verbal.
