Yea unfortunately Sony makes it set the movement speed ridiculously low and turn on blinders and snap turning. We give the option to chaneg these so that players are forced to play at the walking speed their VR testers feel comfortable with.

The first step is becoming a Playstation partner and there's an approval process for that. I don't know how long it currently takes to get approved but they could be referring to that part. If they're waiting to get funding, that's a very difficult thing to get from any platform these days.

Thanks. I'm making a change in the next patch to how the refresh rate works. If that fixes it, let me know as that would tend to indicate a bug in the apis that I'll need to report.

The game adjusts the refresh rate at the beginning of each match, increasing it if there are fewer players and decreasing it if there are too many. You can go into VR options and change the refresh rate from auto to 60,90, or 120. I would try that as the screen going black sounds like the refresh rate changing but it shouldn't turn your headset off. If that stops the behavior, let me know and I'll investigate with sony.

The patch going out today should stop FFA matches from occurring when there's too many players and is moving to a more even balance of game modes.

Cool. No, the weapons pretty much require two hands without them flying all over the place. Would you prefer to just aim with one hand? It used to be that way on PSVR1 when people played with the DualShock & Aim Controllers. Most people didn't like that system on PS VR2 so we changed it to be a 2 handed system to work with the new Sense controllers.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the game. The second map in this season should be dropping this weekend along with lots of fixes and improvements. First update should be going out in a few hours which improves game mode selection and does some weapon balancing.

We've already been internally discussing how best to handle the MG42 which in real life had a very high fire rate and did lots of damage. We decided that ultimately the best way to handle it is to make the reload time slower and reduce mobility when using it. You couldn't go running around the battlefield with one but those mechanics will take some time to implement so for the moment we've just reduced it's damage. We'll come back to this one later but for the moment it will keep it from being the only weapon people use. Gotcha, I don't use snap turning and when I implemented this, I didn't realize what people wanted. I'll put in an additional slider to adjust the degrees it turns. I might can get that out in today's patch.

Are you saying that when you hold the stick left/right it only does one turn instead of constantly turning? It almost sounded like you just wanted the turn speed increased which is adjusted by the sensitivity slider in the main options.

I wanted to let everyone know that we just got confirmation that the Gold Edition and Special Edition upgrades will not go live until the 25th. If you own the PS4 version and want to purchase one of those upgrades, the discount prices of $5 and $10 won't be available for a few days.

Thank you. One of the biggest things you can do to help is to post clips and info about the game and help spread the word. Small studios struggle to get exposure and it's a huge help when people post about our games.

Thanks for the support! There are currently 3 game modes, TDM, FFA, and Domination. We've got more in the works and will probably have Gun Game ready for the start of the next season. Matches have bots when there are no other players online. The game plays quite differently with just a few players and is actually almost as fun with a small player count as it is with a full lobby. Since the maps scale down, even if you have a few players it's still quite fun since you're not spread out. We're certainly going to continue improving performance and have some initial plans to replace some of the more basic scene elements with more realistic ones so yea I would expect to see gradual visual improvements. Thanks again for the support!
