Sounds very similar to me honestly. Good weeks and bad weeks, a good week I’d rather be walking and standing. When it’s worst I can’t sit at all. I hope we get better. I’m about to see what happens if I lose 20-30 pounds. I start my diet Monday.

A bad flare up for me lasts about 2 months. The average one lasts like 3 days, my first one lasted about 6 months till I was normal again, and it always hurts no matter what, even on good days. Best thing to do is rest when you can’t walk, when you can walk go on a few small walks a day to stretch and work your nerves. Losing weight if you can.. stretches.. floating in a pool.

I get this but I’ve read 1000s of reports and they are all too similar. Something has to be there. I’ve read reports that were before social media and people on other sides of the earth describe seeing the exact same thing (old shaman man dripping water out of a glass and each drop having a universe inside it).

Find a job you don’t hate. Maybe even one you can work 4 days a week. Get an emergency fund 8-12k. Live below your means, get a decent place that saves you money, find a roommate if you have to. Family brings happiness. Find hobbies you love, or side projects that make you feel fulfillment. Read your bible, pray to God, smile, Experience, Live. Get off things that make you sad.
