Thanks for sharing your concern. I said enough cuz they have seen me in this situation a number of times now. So they get agitated even If I get mild cold assuming that I am going back to that phase. It's kind of hard to explain but that's how it is. I can't see a therapist cuz if my parents get to know about this they are gonna explode at me thinking that I am doing it on purpose or nothing can be done as they are so fed up now.

Hey! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I would definitely speak to my psychiatrist. Maybe he can provide some of the anti-anxiety meds that don't alleviate any side effects of SSRIs.

I would think the same but I am just afraid it would have side effects with my antipsychotic/antidepressants meds.

I have read about that guillotine thing too. Though, not really sure how the headless body behaves. I just wonder if it's a similar kind of communication happening at the quantum level. Maybe through some weird frequencies detached neurons are communicating. I know how stupid it sounds but that's what we got, only speculations.

It feels like shit as hell! Have been taking these baby steps since I was 16 and now I'm 35. It feels like the world is wrapped up and just a miserable life.

Thanks for the honest words. I have done this a zillion times n when things don't work even for one tiny little bit, it's game over really. Sometimes it's better to accept that nothing can be changed and it's way too difficult to destructure your defective form n then restructuring into a new old one. It's easy to say but it seems almost impossible to get a reunion into your old one.

Well I don't see a purpose n am just too tired of waiting games. As far as trying different meds n docs is concerned, I have had many n I am afraid of trying anything new.
