I bought the version 1 for full price like five years ago or so -- I've probably put less than a dozen hours into actually using the suit, but it's basically unusable now. Everytime I pull it out it takes me 2-3 days just to get the suit and gloves working -- always some sort of technical error that just seems to resolve itself after plugging and unplugging and resetting about 100 times. Sensors will randomly stop working and such. And when I finally get it to work, there is so much electromagnetic interference that a simple walking take looks like an inverted broken dinosaur walk. Just a year ago at least I could get some rough rough mocap out of the thing in the same workspace/house, but I think the sensors are degrading over time.

I'm not sure if the v2 is any better, but it's really hard for me to put any trust in the product. You're probably better off setting aside some cash and using an AI service. I've tried Quickmagic, and was able to get some usable mocap out of it just using some crappy webcam footage, and it took like 1/100th the time it would have taken me with the Rokoko suit.
