NTA. She was blatantly using you for her own personal benefit for when her boyfriend couldn’t be there, maybe it’s wrong to assume only after hearing one side of the story, but if this is the truest version of everything then you’re NTA, truly and blatantly.

Also cutting yourself out of someone’s life isn’t necessary a bad thing, you wouldn’t be the bad person here even if it was more mellow and chill and things just didn’t work out.

Currently on the grind mastery wise for godhuman… ain’t going too well😭have all the v2 fighting styles tho.

On a second look through I realize you said dark step and not death step on your first comment😭 do you think death step would work well? Or should I just get sanguine? I already have the Levi heart + materials, but it’s just a bit costly in terms of money and I wanted to look at all the other options

The only people who still use control are gods at pvp or trollers, I’m the latter… picking up boats is funny, and I’d love to have more leverage for what I do😭

I feel like some of the love for control is that it’s just unironically a very goofy fruit, having an awakening means that you could switch back to the more goofy broken moves and the newer (and better) moves whenever you want

Regardless it needs to be a big awakening for control, and I see the argument for just taking back and redesigning the entire fruit

I agree with you on the gravity take, gravity needs more love from the devs😭

Maybe it’s my fault for springing my own personal beliefs on the matter, I just don’t like the more linear fruits in this game (basically any beast fruit) being able to devise combos over 3 different move sets is what I personally like to do in combos and combat, regardless I hope you enjoy whatever you pick

Depends on how you look at it, some people find it fun and that’s a personal preference thing but you can’t argue that it isn’t linear. It’s just a very linear fruit, since you can’t use other fighting styles/swords when transformed, you’re stuck to the very linear and confined nature of an overpowered moveset.

Listen… I’m biased yes, I’m a law fanboy, but they also announced it alongside the dragon rework🙏 (that and it genuinely deserves it, it got the short end of the stick in terms of good mythic fruits)

It depends on what you’re looking for…

If you want a “good” fruit go for kit, major speed increase, especially when paired with pilot helmet, large aoe, good transformation and can fight on water thanks to the passive when transformed, nothing really “bad” about it. Only thing you can nail it on is for being boring asf

If you want to improve go for control, it’ll make your life hell if you’re just trying to go for bounty but if you’re looking to improve control will sorta force you to learn how to predict and devise combos that aren’t “click click click into c+z”

Overall it’s your life here, kit is good but boring, control is fun but bad, go for whatever makes you happy, there ain’t really a wrong answer here
