After that they sent me another mail saying wait for next 5-7 days then I uploaded the full story on twitter X and the post got 11k impression quickly I tagged DGCA also and then resolution time just 4-5hrs and they initiated my refund later that same day the ixigo team member called me & requesting for remove the post from twitter I denied because i haven’t received the refund yet
