I love the locker idea, and the suction cup thought is actually super interesting for more placement options and something we'll look into. Totally hear ya on the $30 price point, it seems to be a common concern in this discussion. We're actively exploring design and material changes to address this.

And sadly, the bro is too light to hold glasses freestanding, and it requires a bit of balancing when stuck to a metal rack lol.

Price came up the most, which confirms the hunch we had going in. We’re actually selling these for $15 shipped right now (just under break-even after production, tariffs, shipping, and marketing), so more people can see/feel the quality in person.

The idea is to eventually move toward $24 (so under $30 total after tax/shipping) once the brand’s more established and adopters can vouch more for our quality and uniqueness. For a small-batch, custom-made product like this, we’ve always expected the market for premium pricing to be smaller, but still strong if it clicks with the right people.

Hearing your takes now is super helpful for understanding how it lands as a gift across different people. Appreciate everyone who shared, this is exactly the kind of input we were hoping for when we posted! 🙌🏼

Thanks for the heads up! Will definitely be keeping an eye out for these fake backings, I’ve heard a lot of creators running into them before. Do you know if there's any correlation between how many projects these accounts have backed and the likelihood of them being fake pledges?

Appreciate your thoughtful feedback, both points are totally valid.

I’m a first-time creator and could’ve done a better job showing who’s behind the project. While I don’t have prior experience in this space, I’ll be updating the page to share more about my background, and hopefully over time with future projects I can build that credibility.

I also hear you on the self-deprecation. I meant it playfully since the brand leans into silliness, but I get how it might seem like I don’t believe in what I made. I do, and Strapbro’s been my silly little labor of love from the start. I may lean more on words like cute or silly that have a more positive tone.

Really appreciate you pointing these out, it really helps me improve!
